OK. since the AVZ deposit will be around 10 times larger than KDR, with smaller strip ratios & credits for another minerals, i will assume the AVZ operation will be 3 x larger, with 3 x the capital costs but with 50% of the operating costs
my comparative calculations based on the numbers found in the KDR scoping study is:
1. KDR is currently trading on a PE ratio of 15 ( ) based its current share price of $2. for a 25 year mine life operation, KDR already seems fully valued given one does not expect a 25 year company to trade on a PE ratio greater than 15
2. using the same numbers for AVZ, the value comes to $1.25 per AVZ share or a four bagger for the new investors
