Now here is a great question.

15 million CR to retail shareholders would have most likely been oversubscribed...but at least if put out to those whom have invested well before the insto's would have signalled Management are doing a fair part to those retail holders on the register.

An even bigger slap in the face regarding this CR, is it came with 3 million dilution as well..

In the time JNS Capital Corporation have taken to get this investor on board... A CR put out... again likely oversubscribed...

Would have been sorted well before now and sediment with shareholders would be streets in front for management.
