Hoots, most shareholders here would likely be satisfied with a standard valuation of $8 per tonne of lithium in the ground. While this doesn't equate to $3 per share, it's approximately 2.6-2.8 AUD per share. For most long-term holders, that would be a jackpot, and for the buyer of Manono, still a bargain. I hope NF isn't too greedy if a takeover offer comes and accepts anything above 2.5 AUD for the shareholders. Bringing Manono into production with its own license is probably much more lucrative, but I believe many shareholders are simply tired and would accept a fair takeover offer north of 2.5 AUD.
The tin would be a present for the new owner and free of charge.
