You make some valid points but any MD with business acumen would not be standing around with his dk in his hand waiting. they would be out talking to/conversing with potential JV and or TO candidates so as when ICISD findings are handed down and the DRC goverment comes to its senses, its all systems go. i for one believe we have got this in the bag, although somedays i do wonder, but on a whole if one aint positive of a good outcome then you really got to ask yourself why did you get into AVZ in the first place.
