The company has advised me to expect an announcement on funding in the next week or two. At this point, Cominiere owes us about $80m in fines & rising by the day. They’re an arm of the Govt. If they don’t pay then the DRC Govt should be legally liable for Cominiere’s fines/debts. In any case, I look forward to the company announcement in this regard shortly. Let’s take a deep breath & wait for the company announcement.
