It would give Locke great comfort knowing that Cominiere owes us far more ($US50 million & increasing by the day) than the $US20 million funding facility. As far as I'm concerned, Cominiere = DRC Govt. They are an arm of the Govt & ultimately the DRC Govt is responsible for their debt (outstanding fines) if they don't cough up.
