    Buying out the project is different to buying out the company. The FIRB should not have any issues if we're selling the Manano Project to Zijin & not the company. We then get the proceeds of the sale of Manono & AVZ has 2 options - pursue new mining opportunities or wind up the company & distribute the assets to shareholders.
