I don't think it's a good sign that AVZ are now going down the legal path to recoup the fines payable. if the so called MOU that has been in the works was forthcoming you would think AVZ would use it as leverage for an outcome. I'd rather the ML and the Chinese kicked out and waive the fines than actually get the money. at least by next week I'll know if it's almost certain I've got a 100k loss coming instead of this death from a thousand cuts nonsense
