The time for a quick takeover at a fairish price is now while Seal, Copper Warrior and West Desert's zinc and indium are not in the price.
This is a very unusual situation where the scale of the scale of the inferred resource at Strom is more like a semi-defined resource.
More likely a metals trading house will wake up soon and build a stake large enough to give it influence, if not control.
