I have been planning to sell out for months now. Main reason for delay is finding a suitable investment to move the money to after a sale.

So I agree with your logic, except, when I sell out, I am never returning.

Have been a long time AWC investor (since the WMC days) but I am finally convinced that it has no upside. Its business model is derived from AWAC and it is inconceivable to me now that AWAC/Alcoa will ever allow the AWC joint venture to become very profitable, because, it they did, or if they ever intended it to be, then they would simply make a pre-emptive takeover offer and keep it to themselves.

The fact that Alcoa shows no interest in ever making an offer for AWC, just proves that they see no interesting upside potential.

And finally, neither do I either.
