What irritates me is Delphi's ability to accumulate very cheaply off the back of retail. I remember they got quite a few percent on market in the early days only pushing the stock from low 1's to around 1.2 or 1.3.

They have the ability to take candy from a baby.

Once oppies expire worthless and these guys don't get diluted by option holders which is why I think the SP is where it is right now and I say this only imo this will re-rate late this year or early next year.
