Yes good point, for a build that size Shandong will likely want it done right. Shandong was also recently turned down by the Canadian government to purchase TMAC Resources for C$230M, so if precedence holds I would expect them to turn from North America and potentially focus on acquisitions in Africa. If this proves true Shandong may find it beneficial to build a professional relationship with an experienced contractor in the area like Lycopodium for future projects.
