One final bit of research at risk of repeating myself, the gold company with the best organic growth in the next few years in West Africa is likely to be Endeavour Mining. They recently announced a merger with Teranga Gold to create a top 10 global producer. The new company will have the best pipeline of feasibility projects in the industry including the Sabodala-Massawa plant expansion project with US$250M in capex over the next two years (Lycopodium did the PFS).

Lycopodium appears to have a great relationship with Endeavour (and also with Teranga having built their last project). Here’s some comments from the Endeavour website on the relationship with Lycopodium:
