Banks can see from transaction data whether the teller is underutilised and also if they are fully occupied. But they can't see from transaction data whether a fully utilised teller is dealing with customers as soon as they come in or whether there is a queue, or how long the queue is if there is one.
Rocketboots software uses camera input so can detect queues and recommend staffing levels
