What better time to ask for a free handout, we will sneak this in as in a week or two the plebs will forget.
No one NO one should get incentive options to do the job they are paid to do in the first place.(they are hired because of a skill set and remunerated by there CV past performance)
Now a productivity bonus maybe. reward for extra performance accountable to future profit as well. Just as all workers.
