If that's right at .89 cents, I'm going to vote no.
Should be more like 9 full cents, but for a period of 6 + months, and if it drops below that mark during a 6 month window, then the counter starts again.
0.89 cents is not much more than it rise from STX's findings and that's only because of nearology, no outstanding performance performed there
