Gee, the fax machine at Lycopodium's head office must be over-heating given all the announcements in recent days about new project wins which would have needed to be sent to the ASX.
If LYL's design engineers thought they were busy over the past 12-18 months, they are going to have no time to stand around and natter at the water cooler over the next 12-18 months.
The assets are going to be made to sweat.
Moreover, my sense from speaking to a number of people from various organisations is that capacity utililsation in the design and construct business is tightening rapidly, which means that tender terms are swinging in favour of the contractor.
So I think that FY2022 will be a favourable financial story of both Revenue increase in tandem with Margin expansion.
