I believe this contract is related to the UK trying to implement the transfer of asylum seekers to Rwanda and the following court loss will have pulled a rug out from that policy

It does not appear that there is any minimum spend and/or even a break cost, so I suspect this is not going to pan out as anticipated. Given the contract states it's a "Provision of Bridging Accommodation and Travel Services Contract", I suspect CTM's role was just short term accommodation and transport to Rwanda......and if that is the case, then this whole thing is a big zero IMO (unless they can leverage this to gain some other UK Govt domestic contract which is likely to be smaller anyway).
Clearly a terrible policy, so good that one of my investments is not involved in that (arguably the buyer won't be able to apply that policy rather than CTD backed away), but plenty of other business out there to win......lets hope Jamie learns not to do deals with a nasty dishonest immoral character like Suella Braverman
