Think of it this way, for a 9% dilution they have added this possible cutting edge technology which will have near imminent approval on next generation health scanners that have both huge military and civilian applications. It could be a grand slam home run.
This is fully funded and largely by the MRFF grant, aside from this all else remains and nothing has changed, so I see very minimal downside to this and huuuuge upside.
