Yeah pretty disappointing to get it so wrong. With the contract nature, government linked clients and lumpy nature of their revenue it's not surprising that there are delays, changes and timing issues.
Contract wins like this prove their technology. Ada sp is a reflection of both poor results and overall market/small cap sell off. Currently priced quite high for the current year of approx 1.5million AUD profit vs 40odd million market cap so PE approx 27.
Im looking through this year's result out to next year, with these 6 large contracts, a couple of them plus the other contracts they have won and other smaller contracts that will come along there is potential for revenue to significantly increase quickly and therefore the outlook.
Will continue to sit on my hands.
