Hey Drg, I’m with you on SXY as I believe this is the most underrated stock in the o&g sector in Australia, but unfortunately not all the analysts can see further than the next quarter, due to short term metrics. I’m extremely bullish on SXY, COE and BPT as the east coast demand is only going to rise and the global demand for clean energy will continue. There’s no question in my mind that we are on the right side of this opportunity.
As far as COE and SXY, I hope they run parallel success stories without muddying the water too much, but again SXY needs to find a way to get back into the ASX200 and then the flood gates will open as the super funds start to see how SXY can help them triple their performance as they diversify away from the single digit growth in real estate markets and banks, both are dead in the water investments for the foreseeable future.
