looks like the Bionex pilot plant they built for Xinda announced November 12th last year paid off.
from the previous announcement "Xinda is a waste water treatment company with fifteen plants located throughout Tianjin municipality, an area containing the fourth largest urban population in China."
There is plenty of wastwater (fish) in the ocean and CLQ is one of very few companies angling for it.
