Just spent a few minutes looking for info on Marble Bar temperatures, it used to be pretty warm there and still is it seems. At 85km away Marble Bar is the closest town of any size to Nullagine which is a bit smaller.

On 30 December 2023, less than 3 months ago, Marble Bar recorded 49.3 °C. The hottest day time temperature ever recorded in Australia, so far, is 50.7 °C at both Oodnadatta and more recently in Onslow in January 2022.

Of more relevance is average maximum temperatures, the record is held by Marble Bar, I suspect Nullagine is not that much different.
