Of course it is price sensitive.
RFX aren't that focussed on PR and definitely not focussed on value for shareholders.
Cap raises come and go for them and dilution seems irrelevant.
This sort of news before a cap raise, properly marketed could do wonders for the price at which money is raised.
Just saying.
