Hmmm, im glass half empty on this one .
DOD got itself into all sorts of problems about 10yrs ago with A123 battery systems.
Great cells , but they couldnt get their manufacturing right and the USA company was sold off to china - minus the intellectual property relating to DOD.
The moral i guess is slowly slowly get the product right.
Tritiums collapse gives pause for thought....
RFX isnt moving mountains tho.
