    re: Ann: AWB and Gavilon sign Memorandum of U... The market likes it cause AWB will likely cash in half a billion dollars from the sale from this (excluding debt), and expand the suite of services available to the Australian market, that Gavilon has an expertise in.

    This will shake up the local AG industry...
