    Yeah I've been very interested in the Origin sales since I have a holding in SXY. There are some interesting dynamics in that ORG is exiting the Cooper Basin but still has about $70M in spending commitments in a JV with SXY. They'll probably have to pay SXY to cancel the JV.

    The connection with AWE of course is also the failed merger with SXY.

    SXY clearly saw something in AWE's interests 2 years ago and the Perth Basin was probably a major factor.
