Macquarie updated their analysis on AWE last week after minority partner Empyrean Energy dispose of its 3% interest for similar consideration. They said :
"An initial cash consideration of U$61.5m and U$10m in contingent payments implies an EV/2P and EV/2P+2C multiple of U$5.2/boe and U$5.7/boe, respectively."
