Also a question mark over "The Global Financial Crisis thwarted AWE's efforts to offload the lease". If they really don't want it and see no value in it, then they can always relinquish the it. Or is the comment actually implying that there may be value in the already productive land?
FYI, the subprime crisis first hit in August 2007, then really took hold on the stock market from January 2008. If GFC is such a problem then how come Latent Petroleum raised $35million in March 2008, and TSV raised $2million in March 2009 to drill in almost the EXACT SAME AREA using the EXACT SAME RIG as AWE are using for Hovea?
