Ann: AWE's Tuatara-1 drilling update , page-6

To any or all followers of AWE,

I read somewhere that Obama legislated to remove cap on off shore liability for off shore drilling. I forget the figure but I suspect that Gulf of Mexico disaster has caused or initiated a re rating of risk for off shore drilling. Does anybody know the liability for AWE whilst drilling off shore?

Hasas this liability increased recently in last few months since tragedy of April the 19th?
