    Ahh, seems esr is after royalties (or future rights) for lithium and nickel in the Munda tenement it sold to Neo & Auric.

    Difficult to see how they can claim royalties for stuff that hasn’t been dug up, or in Aurics case, isn’t the target mineral, but just a spoil byproduct.
