I was more alluding to the fact that it's simply a non-issue if they're only going to focus on the gold, who cares about the lithium. Let ESR have the royalties per the original agreement and move on. If they never mine for lithium then realistically there should be nothing ever to come from it and the royalty contract is valued at zero for both parties. There's no requirement for them to search for lithium is there?

OR does AWJ think there's value there regardless and defending it for this reason...having the best of both worlds in a sense.
