Found it. Neo has nickel rights to Munda, so assume ESR is claiming some speculative royalty $ if lithium is ‘disturbed’ there if Neo ever digs for nickel.
Given the price and state of both lithium & especially Aus nickel, there is not much chance of Neo doing any nickel extraction.
Btw - not actually sure if Nmt still holds those nickel rights. Maybe Auric now has them.
