Auric Mining Limited(ASX: AWJ)(Auricor theCompany) advises the following in relation to Munda Tenement M15/87.

On30April2025,EstrellaResourcesLtd(ASX:ESR)(Estrella)issuedawritagainst Auric and its wholly owned subsidiary, Widgie Gold Pty Ltd who is the registered holder of Munda Tenement, M15/87, (Auric Group).The writ was also issued against Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT) and WIN Metals Ltd (ASX: WIN) and its wholly owned subsidiary MtEdwardsCriticalMetalsPty Ltd (WINGroup), theownersofthe Lithium rights in M15/87. The writ specifies various claims and demands against the AuricGroupandtheotherpartiesinrespectoflithiumrightsandanentitlementto a lithium royalty in respect of the Munda Tenement M15/87. The writ was served upon the AuricGroup this afternoon.

The Announcement
Auric Mining Limited(ASX: AWJ)(Auricor theCompany) advises the following in
relation to Munda Tenement M15/87.
On 30 April 2025, Estrella Resources Ltd (ASX: ESR) (Estrella) issued a writ against
Auric and its wholly owned subsidiary, Widgie Gold Pty Ltd who is the registered
holder of Munda Tenement, M15/87, (Auric Group).The writ was also issued
against Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT) and WIN Metals Ltd (ASX: WIN) and its wholly
owned subsidiary Mt Edwards Critical Metals Pty Ltd (WIN Group), the owners of the
Lithium rights in M15/87. The writ specifies various claims and demands against the
Auric Group and the other parties in respect of lithium rights and an entitlement to
a lithium royalty in respect of the Munda Tenement M15/87. The writ was served
upon the Auric Group this afternoon.
Auric will vigorously defend Estrella’s claims and the legal proceedings.
