Just as an aside, I truly hope Estrella and others DO get product moving asap, and done in an ethical way. I hope Australian companies are more likely to deliver a better result to the people of Timor-Leste than some others.
Although we have dudded them and PNG in the past and I’m sure we still have plenty of people willing to profit at their expense.
