if it’s completely worthless, why bother vigorously defending the claim? Wouldn’t it make sense for both parties to just settle outside the legal system and allow Esr the originally entitled royalties and auric take the gold? If they’re not even going to bother or care about the lithium side of things this would have to make more sense…save a heap for both in legal fees.
