The agreement doesn't have a nice smell about. When there was a capital raising only Frasers participated and none of the other shareholders were given an opportunity.
I don't like the 25 year agreement. Is there a break clause?
It looks as though Frasers is double dipping get fees for Frasers sports direct and also dividends from AX1.
It's sounds as though AX1 has bought a McDonald's type franchise from Frasers
