MHK 200M shares in AX8 valued at $2M plus we keep 30% of the project funded to PFS. Obviously there will be legal costs to bear and we get a $25,000 sign fee. The escrow period is 6 months, hopefully the share price goes up but at AX8 current rate of expenditure I'm not so sure.
