As MHK will be a 24% shareholer in AX8, they will have exposure to the other projects in AX8 portfolio throughout WA with no liability for stumping up for exploration. In addition they will have 24% exposure to the 70% holding that they sold in the Kanowa East in addition to the 30%. i think it is a great deal.
