I like it. The other party seems well set up with all the necessary for development through to regulatory approvals. For AXE to do this would have been somewhat onerous and perhaps risky? My first negative also was the financials or the deal. Early days yet but hope it's a win win. Happy enough they are Canadian also -close ties to USA (outside recent Trump issues) and hopefully reliable.
