so re-reading the announcement properly on the big screen and able to absorb it a bit better, its seem clear now that the big positive that we provide to them is the ability of our biochip to accurately read potassium levels. They will be creating a dual chip device that will carry ours and their chips simultaneously.
This i see as a big tick for us, as they have a device they are already marketing but clearly out tech makes theirs better. They already have the presence, the advisors, the device tech etc etc etc... so of course we'd have to expect the terms to be favorable to them. But dont forget we are a highly speculative small cap company that has no revenue and just big dreams. This is think is a huge step to realizing those dreams. Not perfect to have to partner up, but lets not kid ourselves, we were never going to be able to do it alone. Take a loot at their exec team and even moreso the list of advisors. These guys are serious business who have a team there to go places in this massive field.
