Don't get me wrong, I also strongly see this as a major milestone for Archer and am very happy with the announcement. But I also feel thought that these deals are like quarterly reports, there are certain things that need to be disclosed on a regular basis about financials, I don't read them in great detail because I also trust the board. But I trust the board because of the stringent financial disclosures that must occur and penalties that apply if they don't, not because I know them personally and have built up trust and experience with board members. Like I said, I really feel that it is important financial disclosure to explain at least on a high level, what the financial structure of this arrangement is exactly. I have expectations that it will be win-win, and the larger, more advanced company with solid financial backing naturally should get a relatively attractive deal accordingly, but we literally know nothing at this point, other than Archer have given away full access to their IP. So we are left to speculate.
