I think you'll find that most, if not all, in this forum are saying that overall, it's a good, positive announcement. But we're investors, we're here to make money like everyone else watching the markets today, including banks and institutions with their high-tech algorithmic bots and the so-called "sophisticated investors". Do you think they only look at the pluses and have a nagging voice at the back of their heads admonishing them whenever they allow their minds to consider where the downsides might be? Stop being on the case of your fellow retail traders doing their best to protect their investments while accepting without flinching that the big end of town does exactly the same thing all the time.
