not really, the development consent is only about not damaging the environment if mining ever commences. It is issued by the Minister of Environment. It is basically a binary outcome based on what is in the EIS

Maybe RM will now assemble a drill team to do some drilling, something he had more than a year to do. Yeah I know, I seriously doubt he will.
