As Boundary Rider noted where do you think the Landowners would garner the technical, financial and negotiation skills let alone be in a position to arrange the funding to promote a project like this. You seriously are delusional. And by the way the Landowners are sharing 20% of the mine economics through Axiom KB not 10%. Far more generous than the 2% offered by SMM. BTW think 20% is extremely generous given the heartache Axiom shareholders have had to endure to get to the end game.
