Regarding your last comment "But this management prefers the trough than to be proactive....."
The workhorse must be fed, it's an expensive horse but it's pulling the entire load.
We've got 36km2 SSJ, 36km2 Kolosori and 145km2 Isabel D
Who else could do it ??
I see no contenders coming even a close 2nd.
Do you know of anyone who could achieve the same ??
