I will stay clear of commenting on SMM at this delicate time, for 1...they havent shown their hand to date, and @shane.hardy hit the nail on the head in his post and he is 100% right...the SI gov are going through the process in a very careful and detailed manner with some external guidance...it is so when there is a decision it will be in a way where it can not be challenged....(hopefully)

I will say 1 thing on SMM........Lets just say they have been a lot more "friendly" and "inviting" recently towards us.....thats all ill say.
