if people read carefully what is said in the announcement their are quite a few clues their , most important
a protection against a take over ??? i flagged this some time ago and was howled down and i also raised this with the people who count AVQ management some time back under ASX rule you need to have 5% of the stock first then you are obliged to notify the ASX if your intent is to launch a take over bid.
and you need to make an off market offer to share holders to proceed as well as notifying them of your intentions etc etc.
whether the share price gos up a little or down it is apparent that long term holders are holding on to their stock. institutional investors are waiting on a positive result as well as a lot of us current holders before we commit to buying more....cheers and good luck.
