The update is positive for AVQ. One point. I always thought that the High Court was the last hurdle. However it is mentioned that there is a Court of Appeal that is the highest. As AVQ have highlighted, the High Court will use the previous Court of Appeal ruling as a guide. This is provided that the claimants don't try a different tact. A likely win at this time in the High Court boosts AVQ's chances, but it could go to the Court of Appeal which means there may be a lot further to go.
