I said they highlighted the previous Court of Appeal case.

If you are inferring that I meant that AVQ said that The High Court would use this as a guide, this was not my intention. However, it is practice for the Courts to follow judgement from previous High Court / Court of Appeal rulings.

The context of my point was that this case may go to the Appeals Court. With so many claimants and defendents in this case, it would be foolish not to consider this possible outcome.

Just in case some may view this posting as "only" down ramping, I said the update is positive for AVQ.
